Hello All,
Just curious... Can you switch to adjustment of status after you submit an i-130 under consular processing? As in, if my husband wants to come here and not have to leave, can we switch the application to adjustment of status? Even if it is already at the NVC? We submitted the i-130 about two months ago and still haven't heard anything.
Just curious if this is even possible and if it is worth it. It is getting very hard being away from my husband (he lives in london) and we have been trying to figure out ways in which we do not have to spend months apart.
