Hello.
My H1B visa expired in the last week of May. USA had put a ban on H1B visa stamping but given the exception that people who already have a job can enter the country, my company lawyer has advised that I can go for dropbox stamping. I was planning to do this in Bengaluru consulate. I believe that I personally don't have to go to the Bengaluru consulate but I can send a relative there with all my documents. Please do let me know if this is true and also has anyone who was exempted from the H1B ban successfully got their visa stamped and reached USA?
