Where to File I-824 for change to consular processing

Hi! I filed form I-130 as Adjustment of Status and received an approval with form I-797. We would like to opt for Consular processing and will be sending in form I-824. Our receipt # (from I-797) starts with IOE, where do we mail our I-824 to?



According to this site https://www.uscis.gov/i-824-addresses, there is no listing for IOE forms.
