What is the process for IR5 Visa after Documentary Qualified for Mumbai Cosulate

My parents are Documentary Qualified on 7 June 2022. Do parents have to schedule for VISA Interview / Medical test OR wait for Letter for Interview, medical test from Mumbai consulate?
