I was on L1B from Sep 2009 to Oct 2011 in USA
My company applied my H1B in India in April 2012, and as per my company, it was not approved.
March 2013, I applied L1B again and came to USA on L1B in Sep 2013.
From Sep 2013 I am in USA.
In Oct 2014, I converted my L1B to H1B. Will my total period on H1B counted from Sep 2013 or it will add my previous stay in USA (Sep 2009 to Oct 2011)?
