OCI documents question
Hi guys, I am so confused with the OCI application process for my family. I am planning to apply for OCI +renunciation for myself and my wife and OCI for my 2 kids. Any help with my questions is appreciated.
1) Do we need to submit a separate CKGS order form for each applicant ? . I assume so , but would like to confirm.
2) Can we submit a single CKGS form for OCI+renunciation per applicant ?. If so should we put two airway bill numbers on the form( one for OCI and another for Renunciation ), as we are supposed to submit 2 return envelopes if submitting OCI and renunciation at the same time. I can fill out separate CKGS order forms for OCI and renunciation to keep it simple.
3) Should the airway bills be attached to the return envelopes or provided separately ?
4) How many photos need to be submitted for Renunciation form since we are supposed to send 2 copies of the form ?. Should we affix the photo to the form, since there is no indication on the form as to where it needs to be glued.
5) Can parents sign for the minor children on the CKGS order form ?
6) Do we really need to send two copies of supporting documents for OCI?. I called CKGS and they told me that one set is fine, whereas their website says, two copies are mandatory.
