Renunciation -- Is there an expedite process

Hi

I live in bay area and come under San Francisco Indian Consulate. The renunciation times are 3 weeks at this consulate. Is there a expedite process for renunciation at SF Indian Consulate? I need to apply for a visa and before that I need surrender certificate. I need to travel quickly and hence the request. Any other work arounds to make this happen?
