Dual Citizenship / OCI

If someone has already been 'Granted' an OCI (according to the online website of the Home ministry), how does one proceed to actually get the OCI sticker and the OCI booklet. I've been told it takes 90 days minimum to get it even if 'Granted'. Is this true?
If anyone has already got it, could you please tell me what is needed?
