Additional Particular form-OCI

HI -
i am applying for OCI and i have to fill the Additional partcular form ..i am not married so i am not a spouse yet and yet it is asking to strike off under Declaration
any idea which one i should strike off??? even though i am not married i should strike off (a)..i feel..let me know if i am correct...thks to all who will take time to advise me...

( strike off which is not applcable.)

(a) as a spouse of an Indian origin person.
(b) not as a spouse of Indian origin person.

IMO, the logical answer is (a).

Did you select your marital status as unmarried? If yes, where does this question come from?

u r very active in helping ppl with suggestion and i am one of them..thks alot..
iam getting stuck at the posting selection page...the address is pulled automatically and its the only addres for ckgs delivery..when submiting it s saying A
{perform address check...i looked at the page and there is no tool or anything to validate this address..i cliked on the address and nothing happens...pls help n thks for your time ..

It happened to me too. Try again. Logout and login. Refresh the screen. Try another browser. Try the next day.
