Pio Registration For My 15 Months Old Son For Staying More Than 180 Days In India

Hi,
My son who is 15 months old and he is planning to stay in indis with his valid PIO card for more than 180 days.Does he require to make any registration with FRRO.Please let me asap bcoz i don't have much time here.
