Photo background for PIO--Urgent please

Hello,
Can anyone tell me with which background do we need to take the photograph for PIO.. when i see in the Indianembassy.org website they gave the speicifations for OCI that they accept only light background.. But i have not seen it for PIO.. could anyone please tell me.. THanks in advance
