lost/misplaced Indian passport
Hi,
my friend is a US citizen of Indian origin. He has not visited India in 25 years and he was naturalized 15 years ago. He has no idea what happened to his Indian passport. He wants to apply for a tourist visa, but the instructions ask him to submit his old cancelled passport. What can he do since he does not have his old Indian passport?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
