My Indian passport was renewed and re-issued in the US. At that time I had my ex-wife's name and address entered into the passport (we were married then). We divorced 3 years ago and I have now married a US Citizen. I will be sending in a request to the Indian consulate in San Francisco to have my ex-wife's name deleted and my wife's name entered.
The questions I have is: Do I need to send in supporting documentation of my divorce and marriage? I tried calling the Indian consulate but no one ever answers that phone.
