My kid was born in US last 2006. Now, my kid stay in India has slightly exceeded 200 days, what is the process to get new PIO card. Any help is appreciated.

Isn't it valid for 15 years? If you are worried about over 6-month stay, there is no registration requirements for children under 16. Please read my posting here http://www.immihelp.com/forum/showthread.php?t=27924

Thank you for your response. My kid visa is valid for 15 years. I guess I can apply for PIO card with a penalty of some $30?
