Need Correction in PIO car

I got a PIO card for my son but there is some typo mistake on Father Name. Also my son name is not printed as in his USA passport. In USA passport he has having father name and in PIO it does not. Can my son visit to india with this PIO card or i need to correct it ? If yes, how can i do it.
Shall i need to apply again and pay processing fee again. Please reply me if any body gone through this process.
