Supposedly, a person with OCI is not allowed to acquire agricultural and plantation land in India. So what are people who already owned agricultural land before they lost their Indian citizenship supposed to do? For example, should an Indian citizen who owns agricultural land in India dispose all that land before acquiring US citizenship and OCI?
