Indian Passport Renewel

I am trying to renew my indian passport but the link for online application in indian consulate site as well as the immihelp url are not working. https://passport.gov.in/nri/OnlineRegistration.jsp

Can anybody help where we can fill in the application. Also I called consulate and no answer.
