I just got my US citizenship and my passport will hopefully arrive in 2 weeks. (was there a faster way to do this?)
I need to be in India within two weeks.
I cannot apply for an e-visa, since there is some business element associated with my visit. I am visiting the Indian branch of my US based employer.
OCI card is out of question since it will take at least two months.
What method would you suggest to get an entry visa?
Would the following method work?
Submit an entry visa application at CKGS website, there by scheduling an in-person appointment (but my US passport will only arrive in 2 weeks)
Once the US passport arrives, submit the entry visa app in person.
How long would it take them to issue a visa?
