Visit India within two months of previous visit

Good morning, I am resident from Nicaragua working for The United Nations mission in Abyei, Sudan. I have a valid multiple entry visa for India for one year valid up to April 2020. I visited Mumbai India from 26 to 29 April 2019, However I want to transit through New Delhi again with a short halt of four days in June in the first week. I am coming from Uganda and going to United States . I have a tickets for my itinerary already with me.

The second visit or transit through Delhi in June is within two months of my first visit. I wanted to seek a clarification whether the same is allowed by Indian rules or I have to take some additional measures or permission

Where did you find the Indian rule that made you ask this question? UN mission in Sudan will be able to help better than any of us who are trying to get our visas and OCIs. You may have a UN mission white passport which none of us have any clue about.
