I'm an Indian citizen and my child was born in the US and has a US passport. We applied for an entry visa (X-1) and went to India when my son was 3 months old. We want to stay in India for more than 6 months. We went to FRRO to check if my infant son needs to register if he wants to stay for more than 6 months and was told that for 12 years and younger, registration is not required.
if that is the case, I want to know what is the max duration my child can stay, without registration and also wanted to confirm if he can stay for more than 6 months.10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 hotmail.com
