Hi All,
I am travelling to India next week for a month, is it a good idea to renew my passport while i am in India which expires in 9 months or renew it once i return back to USA?
I have my valid H1b visa valid for 6 months(until September) in my current passport. If i renew the passport then is it ok if carry my old passport with the new passport while returning or will there be any issues?
If i don't renew then is it good to return back to USA with the passport valid for 8 months?
Any help on this is appreciated.
