Drug stores like CVS, Walgreens do not give the soft copy of the Passport Photo. Any suggestions on how to get the digital image of the PP photo?
Why would they even want to digital image ?

I got it from Costco.

Also a local UPS store was willing to give it. But Costco was cheaper.

I scanned it on the printer/scanner and reduced the size with the Microsoft Paint application.
