Me and my wife are indian born but have us citizenship since 2003 and my kids are us born citizens my wife and kids are going to india after 2 weeks and there visa is expired so we dont have time and i am going to get them the 10 year visa but i will be going on a later date so i will get a pio card for me so if i am the only one with a pio card and my wife and kids have the visitor visa and if we decide to stay in india can my kids go to school over there if i being the dad have a pio card do my wife and kids have to have a pio card each also and if my kids need to have the pio card each to go to school can we make one back in india if needed to if just in case we like it over there and decide to stay and does there mom also need to get a pio card also for kids to go to school if dad already has a pio card?
also on the pio card application below are some questions if you can help
question 11 did applicant held nationality of another country give details
we were indian citizen before what details we have to provide
on question 12 also details of parents held an indian passport
what details needed both my parents deceased over 13years ago and i might not have information on there passports etc what details i need to give?
and for my kids they are us born citizen and we are the parents and we were indian citizens 7 years ago what details do we give on there application about us parents? and do we need to give a photo copy of our old passports too?
question 13 is asking for details on parents again dob and place of birth is ok what is proof of residence for me and my wife we need to give for our kids application we have been living here for last almost 25 years or so , do we give proof of residence for usa or india and whose residence in india if we dont have one of our own
question 2 asking for name of father/mother and spouse do we just put first name or last name also?
question 3 address inindia verifiable i have my brother over there do i give his address and what verification do i need to give?
sorry too many questions but it is very hard to get someone on the phone in houston somehow at the indian consulate office
