I started to create a new application on CKGS website but it was not completed and I am not sure if CKGS reference number was generated at that point of time. I had entered passport details and Gov Web Ref number when I started filling the application.
I did not receive any emails from CKGS for this application and I also do not have any reference number.
1) I am trying to create an application and I get error "An application is already in progress with this passport number, you cannot create more than 1 application for the same passport". There is no way to retrieve this application for me. I tried all possible ways.
2) I am trying to call numbers for CKGS and none of these numbers are working (888) 585 5431, 917-444-7911 / 917-444-7752. Tried sending emails from feedback page with no response.
Any suggestions will be helpful.
