  • Expired NJ Driving License (but still valid COVID) - Can I use it for passport?

My NJ driver license expired a few days ago

NJ state announced that expired licenses are valid for 2 more months

But the license card itself shows past date of expiry

Can i still use it for address and Id proof when submitting my passport reissue application?

Would there be any challenges if i try to get it notarized now?

    any advice appreciated. Thanks!

If applying for an indian passport, I would highly recommend you get this renewed first.

The staff at CKGS is not friendly. Would recommend getting it renewed first. They have outdated instructions.
