Chicago new OCI minor ckgs shipping not available

Hi i applied oci for my baby and i received the passport back. Status was passport dispatching since then there is no update. Its been 2weeks already since i received the passport.
any one applied recently recieved the OCI card ?

I have perused numerous posts yet none of them are straightforward... Well, I know less about the CKGS shipping and OCI card. I remember choosing two reasons for Re-issue, one for a new passport and the other for address change at the beginning of the application. Maybe in my case, you don't get those options. Yes, CKGS will return to your new address. You'll be filling in your address again while completing the kgs form. That's what they will be used for shipping carriers such as USPS or others. BTW, I'm assuming myself in the US and not in India.
