OCI Re-issue - uploading oci copy on govt of india website

I couldn't find any other post for this issue. I am trying to apply for OCI re-issue for my son. Current OCI card copy is one of the required docs to be uploaded. However, on the govt's site, there is no option to upload current OCI copy. It only lists a few document types (PIO is one of them, but not OCI). There is also no choice to upload any miscellaneous doc either. I wonder how other people are able to handle this issue? Can I just include it in the package that I send to VFS, and skip uploading it?

I entered my son's current OCI details and uploaded the OCI in the Visa category. But after doing final submission and paying the VFS fees, to my horror I noticed that the online system replaced my current address with my old address that was on my son's OCI! How do I rectify this? Has anyone encountered this issue in the past?
