Passport and Surrender Certificate Old Indian Passport

On July 9th, 2010 I sent my Indian passport, application fee and postage fee, two copies of surrender certificate, photocopy of the first 5 and last 2 of my Indian passport, and photocopy of first 2 pages of US passport by certified mail. According the USPS confirmation, my documents was received in your office July 12, 2010. As of today I still have not received my old passport and my surrender certificate. Per the immihelp website it only takes three days to receive my documents back. I am traveling on 8-10-10 and I need my documents to make my travels smooth and without hold up. I would greatly appreciate if someone would contact me via email or phone 804-539-4491 to inform me of the status of my documents. It is very urgent I receive my documents as soon as possible.
