  • VFS charged credit card, can't download courier labels

    Hello,

I made the payment for the OCI card. I got an email "Payment attempt failed". My bank says the payment went through. They told me to dispute the charge after waiting for a couple of days. The VFS website says "Your application has been confirmed. ". However, I can't download the FedEx labels. "There is no record available for the details shared. Please verify if you are entering the correct details associated with your login ID"

I called them twice accepting $2.49 per minute charge for phone calls. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I got disconnected both times.

    Anyone know to proceed?

    Thanks!

Same case here. I submitted my OCI payment today and it went successfully but suddenly vfs says "Payment attempt failed" and I received an email for the same. Bank account is debited, VFS website is saying "Your application has been confirmed" but when trying to print courier label, it says: "There is no record available for the details shared. Please verify if you are entering the correct details associated with your login ID".

Tried calling them but couldn't get hold of them the whole day - after being on hold for some time, it kept disconnecting.

Also, always use Visa credit card with VFS as other cards have been known to cause issues with VFS.

I had used Visa. I am left with no choice but to dispute the charge.

Before disputing, did you try to reach out to them via their online form for help. Once you fill and submit, it initiates an email thread on which they are responsive and this is free. Before disputing, it is good to make sure that you have tried to resolve the issue with merchant.

Getting VFS to refund the money instead of disputing will be faster way to do. They don't refuse a refund if the payment didn't apply properly towards your application and they will refund it in few days!

Ok good! Yes, this is another common issue that is frequently seen. The labels don't appear immediately but they then appear in the account later on! It could be some issue in the Fedex system as the labels are generated by Fedex!

By the way, if you need help with the selection of casinos, I recommend looking for PaySafe Casinos on casinosanalyzer. This is a great service that will definitely be useful to you.

                Thanks!
Hey there, I understand how frustrating this situation must be for you. Dealing with payment issues and technical glitches can be quite a hassle. Since your bank confirms the payment, it's likely that there's an error on the VFS website. My suggestion would be to give it a couple more days to see if the payment status updates. Meanwhile, keep trying to reach their customer support for assistance. It's unfortunate that the phone calls got disconnected, but persistence might pay off eventually. Don't hesitate to reach out to them via email or any other available channels too. I hope everything gets sorted out soon. Good luck!

                  Hey, sorry for bumping thread.

I'm currently in the process of paying some visa fees online, and I want to make sure I'm using the best and cheapest merchant services available in the USA for this purpose. I've heard that different services offer various features, rates, and security measures, so I thought it would be a great idea to seek your valuable advice and experiences.

Can you please share your recommendations and experiences with cheapest merchant services you've used for paying visa fees online in the USA? What factors do you consider important when making this choice?

It appears that there is a discrepancy between the payment confirmation from your bank and the email indicating a payment failure from VFS. Given that your application has been confirmed on the VFS website, I would recommend waiting for a couple of days as advised by your bank to see if the issue resolves itself, but also document all communication and payment records. If the problem persists and you still can't download the FedEx labels, reach out to VFS support to address this issue promptly and provide them with any documentation from your bank to verify the payment status. And if you need some money then you can visit https://casinosanalyzer.ca/online-ca...bohocasino.com here to find a link to those sites through which you can make a lot of money. I am also using that website to find online real money gaming sites because it is most easiest way to earn money these days and I don't like to work for someone.

Popular merchant service providers in the USA include PayPal, Stripe, Square, and Authorize.net. Each has its own fee structure and features, so it's essential to compare them based on your specific needs.

Lastly, always check the official website of the institution or organization to which you're paying the visa fees. They often provide specific recommendations or restrictions regarding the use of certain payment methods or services.
