I need Your Advise

I live in USA with my kids and am married for 8 yrs. I have differences with my husband since marriage and now his behaviour and tortures are unbearable. He threatens me and now have stopped supporting us financially. Now, I am standing in the middle of road and don't know what to do? If I wait for his initial action am I going to loose something or should I be the one who takes the initial action? If he giveS me an court order and then I go for a restraining order against him, will that be effective? Pls give me your advise as to what should I do now?

Are u us citizen? If so, you can initiate and he will be in trouble. You got alimoney as you keep the kids. Do not worry just consult lawyer.

If i am in your's position, I am not going to be hard on husband first.
You both want to seperate, please sit down and talk. I am sure your kids are suffering a lot. There is a way to get seperation.
Do not take any drastic actions. Remember you have kids.
