newborn us birth certificate/ ssn/ us passport, parent having fnu in us visa
Hi , for baby birth certificate/ passport did anyone deal with a situation where parent name is having just single name(in indian passport , only first name no surname) and having Fnu in us visa due to single name, what to use in parent name in baby birth certificate/ssn/ passport? Anyone experience this situation, any help is much appreciated.
