    How can I get rid of depression and other mental health issues?

    Sports and more frequent walks with friends helped me get rid of depression. I also started drawing and that also helped me. I remember the first time I started going to the gym.

        Dealing with depression and mental health issues has been really challenging for me. Because of my depression, I gained a lot of weight, which only made things worse. Seeking professional help, like therapy, has been crucial. Regular exercise and a balanced diet are also important. But what truly helped me with weight management was Wegovy.
