Medical insurance options for 59 yr

My mom in law arrived to California on dec21st 2011. She is 59. Applied green card in march 2012 completed finger printing, received EAD, SSN waiting for green card. My question is what kind of medical Insurance she will be eligible?

Thanks for your question. I will be in need for some of the same info.
Can I ask you when your mother in law received her green card? We have applied for my mother in April and had biometrics beginning of June. That was the last I have heard.. Getting a little anxious ..
