New Immigrant Insurance through own Company

Hi,

Please comment of following scenario..

70 year old New Immigrant has green card and has a pre existing condition like Diabetes.

Also new immigrant is a top notch civil and design engineer so opens his own 1 man company and gets insurance through that, meanwhile providing consultancy services to civil engineering firms.

Has anyone done a scenario like above?

Which attorney should one meet to discuss the possibility of this scenario being executed?

You can't get group insurance for one person company, that too 70+.
