Insurance plans that covers(or covers partially) pre-existing diseases

Not sure if this is the right place to post this question here. I will be travelling to USA in January 2015 on H1B and I am 25 year old. My company is not providing any insurance for me. I want to know if any insurance providers have any plans that cover pre-existing diseases and I have Arthritis.

Seems like there are no policies that can cover Arthritis though I am perfectly healthy at this point. Please correct me if I am wrong

If you are perfectly health right now, why are you asking specifically for Arthritis coverage?

I will arriving at Minnesota(USA) as permanent resident(green card) this June 2015.I am 21 yrs old and have type-1 diabetes.I need insulin to keep it under control.I use pen insulin from Sanofi Aventis.Since the cost of pen insulin is pretty high in USA so I wanted to know which insurance will cover all my continuous medications at the lowest deductible.

We don't have any such plan available. It will be excluded as pre-existing condition.
