    Diplomat America plan

    I am enquiring about the Diplomat America Plan for my brother-in-law. He is planning to come out here and live with us and would like to take out medical coverage. I received a quote for the Diplomat America Plan and am just wondering if it is ACA-compliant? Is this still a requirement? Thank you in advance for your reply.

      That's what I was thinking, thank you. I don't think he has a SSN yet, so would only be until he has that sorted out.
