Medical Insurance for my GC parents

Hi,
My parents are planning to come USA next month and they will get here as a green card holder but they are not planning to stay here more than 7 to 9 months. So plz can you let me know exactly which insurance is good for them. I am not worry about doctor visit beacuse those i can pay from my pocket but I am only worry about emargency so plz if anybody can let me know their experience I will appriciate. And I also like to know that whats happen if they decide to stay longer . Can i upgrade medical insurance or not . plz let me know
