Questions/feedback on Bridge plan (Peterson)

I am looking at the Bridge plan for amy immmigrant parent (72 years old). I would like to hear from people who have used it already and share their experinces (positive and negative).

I have heard some bad experiences about some insurance companies and am just worried before signing up.
