Visitor care from IMG

I am looking for insurance for my mother who just immigrated to the US. I looked at the Bridge plan and also the Visitor care from IMG. The IMG plan has the First HEalth PPO which seems attractive. Is there any major difference between the two plans for say $100,000 coverage?

Visitors Care is a fixed coverage plan while the Bridge plan is a comprehensive coverage plan.
