Patriot America insurance for new immigrants

I am emigrating to the US at the end of July on a K1 visa. I am wanting to buy medical insurance so that I am covered immediately upon my arrival. However, for all the insurance packages that are brought up under the 'new immigrants' classifcation (eg, Patriot America) it is required that I enter the date I am to return home. However, as I am emigrating, then I will not be returning home. Can you please advise me which insurance packages will be appropriate for me and my situation. Many thanks.
