Insuarance coverage for Pregnancy...child birth in India or US

My wife and I are going to immigrate to US - summer 2010. We are happy that we are adding another member to our family. My wife is 4 months pregnant but we have no insurance if the child is born in US. Is it advisable to move before or after the child is born? We are being sponsored by US citizen parent.

Unfortunately, if she is already pregnant, there is no insurance plan from any company anywhere that would cover her maternity expenses.

You can either delivery the baby in India or be ready to pay a lot of money in the U.S. for the delivery.
