International student insurance info

Dear Ms,

I am an italian international student at Texas A&M, HSC, IBT in Houston. I am already in the US, from Jan 9th.

I would need a medical insurance from Apr 3rd to Apr 10th 2017 that satisfies the requiremnts of my university, as in the document attached.

Also, with you having been in the United States since January 9th on a J visa it there a reason you are only needing insurnace from April 7th – April 10th ?

I am with ISO insurance and I am covered till 2nd April. Since I need to extend my work for only that week, I need to extend medical insurance too.
