I'm 29, I want to be a visitor J1 (Puerto Rico Universtity) so I'm interested in purchasing a policy for 5 months plan A within the period november 2005 to March 2006. I'm planning to buy it this month, but Im not sure because I'm 29 but in 17 February 2006 I will be 30 years. What rate should I have to pay? Is it possible pay for the rate (19-29 years) because it's my age at this moment purchase?
