I am an international graduate student at IU-School of Law - Indianapolis and I am planning to purchase a policy from you this Fall 2007 semester (including my dependent - Spouse.) I checked the IINBOUND Immigrant or INBOUND USA policy, and they look both affordable and suitible for my needs. To be sure, I am supplyinp you the information which the University seeks for a Waiver :

$50,000 each accident or injury *
$10,000 medical evacuation to home country *
$7,500 repatriation of remains to home country *
My policy's deductible (or excess fee) is $500 or less *
$100,000 lifetime policy maximum ($250,000 recommended) *
According to our records you have 1 dependent(s) on file. All dependents must have insurance coverage matching the above criteria. Any female in the family over the age of 18 has to have maternity coverage included in the insurance policy.
