Issues Opting Out Of J2 Insurance

I have health insurance through J1. I recently started with J2 and I am attempting to opt out of coverage. They are using the service Gusto and when I pick that I am insured through my spouses insurance they are asking for my insurance provider and member number. Should I provide them with my J1 insurance information? Is there any way for them to use this information to find out that I am actually insured by my other employer and not a spouse? Should I select another option instead of insured by spouses insurance spankbang?
