She does not have a birth cert. How do I obtain one?
Is India exempt from showing proof from local government in Dept of State Foreign Affairs Manual?? I can't find the list of qualifying documents and countries.
Please help. I have no idea how I will contact someone in Dakor, India to get a letter from city government or how to get a copy of the birth cert.
