I think it depends on the nature of job.. for ex., software is a non-moving, thinking job..so more prone to stress, acidity, indigestion...lack of exercise would improve the factors for diabetes..nothing to think much, just do exercises everyday for 10 mins, everything would be fine...

Did you know that diabetes is not caused by eating sweets but you should not eat sweets after getting diabetes?

Also, why do you think is diabetes is more common in Indians than anyone else?
