Hi,
My birthplace is Nepal. I am preparing I-140/I-485 to file concurrently for NIW. I am wondering what shall I write there in I-485 Part 2 (application type)?
I am planing to write on section (h) the following:
"I am filing I-140 concurrently with I-485 for National Interest Waiver".
Is it correct?
Your advice in this regard will be highly appreciated.
