Labor certifications or not ?

I have an H1-B first preferences.

My company wants to sponsorship me.

What are the steps to process a Green Card based employment, with an EB1 ?
I want to proceed myself.

It have to start with LC or to pass to I-140, I-485....?

u probably r talking about eb3 which starts with LC then I 140 then I 485/CP. You do not need LC for eb1 and eb2 currently and can directly go to I 140 thn I 485/CP.
