    New Job no EAD but valid H1-B status

    Hi , I want to start working with a new employer on my EAD, but it is not arriving yet, however I am on valid H1-B status from my previous employer, can I start working?, do I need new H1-B transfer? (Note: I got an EB-2 NIW approved and I am adjusting status).
